Good Deal on XM Unit

I found out about this on another forum i frequent, thought others might be interested in the deal.

Currently Crutchfield has the Delphi SkyFi3 model receivers with a car kit for $39.99. Then there is a $40 rebate. Add in the $7 shipping and its a really good deal.
