May Meeting Minutes
Guests: Mike and Jason from TS joined us.
Treasurers Report: We have money. Paid members see separate thread under
paid member forum.
2008 Club T shirts are in. Paid members get one with their membership.
Additional shirts will cost $15 each.
Trail Run: No official April run.
May's run is schedule for Memorial Day weekend to West VA.
2008 Benefit: (Highlights only. Details will be covered in separate thread.)
Jason F has completed the sponsorship sheet to be used to give to potential vendor/sponsors to get donations. Form looks great and contains information for interested parties on where to send the donations and who to call with questions. If you need some copies, post up in the benefit thread.
Dunk booth is a go with Complete OffRoad & Performance as sponsor.
B105 is on board, specifics of coverage to be determined (either live broadcast or a reporter covering the event).
Discussion regarding vendor tables. Details of space available and "cost" to vendor are still TBD. Should be free or should there be a cost to vendor for space.
