Sorry for the delay in posting the minutes. Have had some family stuff to take care of.
Well the meeting started off as usual with Jeff welcoming guests. We had one the was recognized (another Sami driver:confused: ).
From the intros we went to the treasurers report from Bob, and again we still have funds in the account.
Jeff discussed our benefit in August, as he has had some difficulty getting information from the familiy of the little girl from church. Those in attendance talked about options of how Jeff should approach the familiy, and it was decided that he would attempt to contact again and give them 2 weeks to get back to him and give the necessary info for us to make all the preparations. We felt that in order to have the best benefit possible we need as much time as possible to prepare. If we don't hear back them we may choose a different charity to hold our show for.
The trail report consisted of a fun trip to Haspin Acres for some chills and even a spill, thanks to Sarge. Please see the trips section for more detals, post up a report guys.
The scheduled trip for this month is to the Badlands the last weekend of the month.
The main event of the evening was the arrival of our new t-shirts for 2007. They are a bright orange with black lettering featuring a front design from Carwash and a rear design from Shane Buchannan.
