Treasurer report: We have money
Dues are payable by March’s meeting. Renewing members are $30 and new members are $50.
Club T shirt design will remain the same as last year. Color choices same as previous. Additional shirts are $10 each and will be payable prior to placing order.
Benefit: Need to get a name defined for it so we can begin working on a logo. Get moving on it now so we can approach the larger corporations early in the year before they spend their allowance for donations.
Monthly Runs:
Need to identify some new places that would allow a blend of hardcore rigs with less modified rigs so whoever shows up to a run can have a good time.
Royal Blue at the Jellico exit in KY (Bob Heath has been there)
Superlift Park in Arkansas somewhere???
CORE Runs:
Monthly runs will be determined at the meeting the month before. With the exception of the WVA runs and July’s (Zookimelt).
·This months run: Hangover Run – Haspin – 1/1
·Next months run: TBD
Pink Hook award to Kris on the official run to Haspin for rolling on flat ground and still requiring a winch to flip because people couldn’t.
Officers meeting needs to happen TBD on timing.
