Discussion re: having a monthly run in 2011 to Chinquipin, TN or waiting til 2012? Dates in 2011 are Sat Oct 29 & Sun 30 OR Fri Nov 25 & Sat Nov 26. Will post a thread to see if there is interest to attend.

Date set for Friday 12/9/11 at 7pm
Discussion around renting a hall. If you have suggestions, let Lisa know. TBD on place.
Gift exchange $25 max. Main dish provided by CORE – bring a dish to share.
Officer Elections:
All positions are up this year. President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, three Trustee positions (1 yr, 2 yr, 3 yr). Elections take place at October meeting (10/3). Thread in member section for nominations.
4x4s For A Cause (Sat Aug 13; 10a-4p @ Barn N Bunk):
$2,585 including additional T shirt sales
Monthly Runs:
August – official run 4x4s For A Cause Sat 8/13
September – WVA Member Only 9/15 – 9/18 Plans for the trip
August’s Pink Hook awarded to Bob Heath for the JK being hung on the cars requiring 2 winches (though Kris and Pater were both nominated)
Next meeting on Monday October 3rd
