How come the img tag in the gallery doesnt work when you copy and paste it into a thread?

The direct link works fine, and the thumbnail link works fine too, but not the img tag.

    Thanks for the help.

By the by I asked the gallery admin and she had no clue

the above post is using the "bb image code" choice. the "<img> tag code" is for if you are using html... which we are not. this piece of code by default makes a thumbnail that you can click to see a larger image. this is nice cuz it makes the thread load faster.... Clicking the thumbnail opens the page of the gallery where the image is, in a new window, therefore giving the user a way to view all the pics.

but, if you must see all 40 pics at full size in the thread, you need to just copy the location of the image, and put it between the usual [img] tags.

make sense...? please don't truggy out on my here, it's simple.

There may be a way to modify that screen at a later date to allow more options of copy/paste things... but no time to figure that out right now, sorry. hope the work around works for you.
