He can hot vulcanize a tire ?..

Yep. As far as I know he has never had a return and I've seen him repair some nasty cuts. One was as long as a dollar bill and started in the bead. It wasn't a cheap repair but when your paying $400+ dollar's/tire sometimes it's just worth it.

Took my tire to best one in Milford on Tuesday. Their Customer service is horrible. I still have not heard if they can fix It or not. Every time I call, they say they have to call the retread shop and they will call me back. They never call me back. Then when I call again I get the same line. Getting a little frustrated.

Wow must have changed since I had mine in there. I went to the Fleet Manager and not through the customer service line. Sorry to hear...

Called today. First thing he said was sorry I dropped the ball on this one they're working on it right now. They can fix it that's all I care about.

Find another place to fix your tires. Still waiting. I'm glad I was able to find another set for a good price. I dropped it off on November sixth as of today they have no idea what's going on with it

I had Todd Puckett from Shotgun fab in Verona do mine. Took him less than a week and that was with thanksgiving in the middle. Only charged $85 to do one fairly large sidewall and a small slit in the tread face. He also guarantees his work to hold. Two thumbs up from me.

I'm going to try to get it back and see what he can do
