I'm in and will be leaving Friday (10/19 ) morning from Trenton. I will be taking the RV . I will be staying in the Verda Field .

I plan on going as long as tranny is finished by then. Leaving friday at noon.

Can we bring firewood and make us a a blaze?

I think I saw on the KYMC board not to bring firewood..They will have a central bonfire on friday and saturday nights if there is no burrning ban in place..

I would say it's because of the emeral ash borer bugs...Now that I think about it I think they said there is wood availible for camp fires....Again as long as there is no burn ban

There is currently a burn ban in place for most of eastern Kentucky , so that is the reason for the " no camp fire ! " also you are not allowed ( by Law ) to transport wood over County and or State lines do to the what Drmeece said above . the fine is not very pleasant form what I have heard.

Mike , what time are you and Brandon rolling out ? I get off work at 7:00 am and was planning on leaving after that. I have a buddy ( Aftershock151 ) thats going to drive the first half of the trip while I sleep.

Can I tag along w/ you guys! Don't leave me all alone out by myself. I will get lost and sceeered!:(

undetermined time of departure as of yet... kids have to get dropped off, etc... we won't be pulling out quite that early sarge, prolly more like 9ish.

also, large convoys suck, seems to turn a 4 hour drive into 12...

we'll be there. we are staying somewhere in evarts, either franks house, his trailer if he still has it, or just sleeping in the excursion in his driveway. i'm heading out at about 3 or 4 AM (be coming through cinci about 2.5 hours after that). if someone needs someone to follow down, let me know if you plan on leaving that early.

I really don't matter but I'm going. I will be pilot on the way down for Sarge and then bartender oops:D I mean co-pilot from there on out. Anyway just felt like putting my 2 cents in haven't posted for a while. Can't wait see ya there.
