Setting up gears

Can anyone tell me what shop could install some 5.13's in a 2005 F150? Its a daily driver, and will be driven from here to Texas, so it needs to be done RIGHT and reliable. This is for my buddy who is serving in the millitary, so he's on a budget. Thanks!
