A buddy found this in back of garage and dont know anything about it. What is it and is it worth anything?

it is definately a Dana 20. if the internals are in good condition and it can be rebuilt, $100 to $200 dollars. They dont make the output shafts anymore in the original spline count, so they may become rarer as time goes on for people who dont want to upgrade to the 32 spline output shafts (at $400). its a pretty stout lillte T-case that can take a fair amount of abuse but only has a 2.03 low range.
