If you didn't say anything about the airbags I'm sure they would simply write a policy on it, though there might be an issue if you ever had an accident in which you were hurt. My sister had an issue with a car she had bought that was wrecked and repaired..........the guy had never replaced the blown bags......The court said it was an issue of liability to other passengers and the previous owner was ordered to either replace the bags or buy back the car...........
