unless a group of 20 investors lowballed at 2.5 million. then it would be $125k each .... then getting additional investors for improvements maybe another $300k to make it an "over the top" legendary park that would draw more crowds from farther away. then sell off the 500 acres closest to the town side to a developer since those are the lots w the " views" anyway....
i think all said and done it could be a world class park for under 2 million easy.just needs blasting, dozing, sanctioned events, and lots 'o publicity.
