You need to have 20 PSI for the map sensor for the ECM. Other than that, should be good. The CAM is going to affect Vacuum PSI for sure.

I used (Sons Jeep) a 1978 Block .030 over with newer heads, flat top piston (12:1), stock cam, modified the wiring harness with stock ECM and no problems at all. Mine is a 350...tons of power for a jeep!

Break the 32" tires free rolling in second gear and punching it!
