tom boyd put a cj body on his bronco. check out p4wor ultimate adventure from a couple years ago. i do believe it to be the ultimate sin, though.

I still say it would be easier just to swap motors or find the cause of the starter problems.

That's a stretch........his "Bronco" is basically a custom tube frame buggy that he originally had early model Bronco fiberglass panels on.
