NOTE THAT JULY MEETING WILL BE ON THE 11TH DUE TO THE FOURTH BEING A HOLIDAY AND FALLING ON THE FIRST MONDAY

Guests: Daryl Meece (now a paid member), Scott Hanna, Mike Huffman (now a pd member), JP Moeller, Adam Noe, Derrick Burton (now a pd member)

Treasurer report: We have money

Club Biz:
Thread in Member’s section discussing possibility of having a run to Big Rock to clear some trails.
Will plan on this for sometime after the benefit event in August.

4x4s For A Cause (Sat Aug 13; 10a-4p @ Barn N Bunk):
--Really need some more donations for raffle items. See Lisa if you need copies of the sponsor flyer but some restaurants will donate without them.
--$10 admission - same raffle prices as last year $1 each or 6 for $5
--Tshirts: similar design as last year.
--Grand Prize this year will be a double stack tool box instead of a winch. Hoping to entice more people to get in on the raffle prize and believe the tool box will appeal to a broader audience. Again, thanks to Robert Heath Contracting for allowing us this opportunity.
--Hamilton Hobbies potentially interested in having a r/c crawling competition at the benefit. Would help get word out. Would need the course to be double though, need to see if our sponsor for the course would be ok with that (Jacobs Plumbing donates all time/material for this). TBD
--Any ideas for events please post up

May – Southern Shine Crawl @ Harlan, Memorial Day weekend (Fri 5/27 – Mon 5/30)
June – No official run
