Big Rock for Sale! WOW!

not the first time is has been for sale folks. i know developers were looking at it a 3-4 years ago.

Like underpowered said supposly it was sold I heard a few years ago when it was just atvs and dirt bikes, never happened, I heard it was a few guys trying to buy it and it was staying a atv park let's see what happens

I really dont think you can wheel all the 1500 acres any way, i think some of it is farmed... still $$$ price tag.. why it might be sold yet..

The price is not at all out of line, its only 2200 a acre and thats if you dont count any building etc... also you get a established business with a steady income already.. It has a ton of development posiablity and is great hunting/ farm land.. It is a steal at 3.3 in my opinion. I cant believe it hasnt been sold

Big Rock has NO PLANS to sell ( unless someone drops the cash in my lap) and I don't think that is about to happen.
We have done a ton of work with much more to come! We are talking with a Zip Line company about putting us in a line, planning on having guided atv tours this coming year, also.
Don't be spreading the rumor about us being sold (unless you want to buy) haha!
This Spring when the weather gets better we will hit the East side of the park with the dozer, and fix some really good 4x4 trails!

Well was not trying to spreading rumors! Just found it out on the net and was like uhhh wow!

but yes the zip line would be cool...
