I wonder if they can still make me go through the inspection with Arizona license plates. I don't think they can do anything, even if they find something they don't like.
Many years ago I got pulled over and my CJ had Florida plates on it. He said if I was living here or had a job I had 6 months to get Ohio plates. So even with out of state plates, they can find something.
